Liquid Evolution^TM Adventure Parks (LEAP) does not deal in traditional amusement park, water park, or family entertainment center attractions. By focusing on skilled sports, LEAP facilities are defined by increasing rates of marginal utility verses the decreasing rates found in the more passive conventional park environments. These increasing rates of utility translate into higher adrenaline and endorphin responses, longer lengths of stay, and higher per capita spending. These are the new playgrounds and true lifestyle centers that will define tomorrow’s recreational, retail, resort, and residential landscapes.

LEAP is made up of veteran real estate and recreational developers, designers, and engineers who have been involved with some of the largest master planned communities, resorts, commercial developments, and municipal parks in the world. Our team members’ relevant experience includes the design and construction management of the US National White Water Center and the upcoming Waveyard^TM in Phoenix, Arizona.
